Morris Berger


Morris Berger has over 20 years’ experience as the CEO and CMO of public and private entities, accruing a unique combination of extensive transaction and hands-on M&A, business development, marketing and operational experience. As the former CEO of the world’s largest mobile social community, and former CEO of IDT Entertainment(now Starz Media), a full-fledged studio focusing on creating, producing, and licensing live action 2D and 3D films, television, and DVD releases for home and theater distribution. The sale of the company to Liberty Media for $450M,which netted a profit of over $250M. Morris has been an executive producer for feature films and television series and is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

Prior to IDT Entertainment, Morris helped pioneer the VoIP industry as the CMO of Net2Phone. There he managed a marketing budget of over $500M and was one of only five officers when Net2Phone was sold to AT&T for $1.4B. Morris was also the founder and CEO of Multi-Media Tutorial Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: MMTS) a pioneer in video self-tutoring on math topics from kindergarten through college level. MMTS produced, advertised and marketed its product lines through direct marketing. Morris took the company public in 1989.
